About the Role
Summerstar Tourist Parks is seeking an experienced, hands-on Park Management Couple to take on the day-to-day leadership of Capricorn Holiday Park in Carnarvon, located on Western Australia's beautiful Coral Coast.
This is a long-term opportunity ideally suited to a couple who enjoy variety, autonomy, and being part of the local community. You'll work together to manage all aspects of park operations, with one of you typically focusing on office, administration and guest services, while the other leads grounds, maintenance and facilities.
Capricorn Holiday Park is a well-established park catering to a mix of tourists, long-stay guests and workers, and includes an on-site auto wash facility, which forms part of the overall site operations.

Your Key Responsibilities
As Park Managers, you'll jointly oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the park, including:
Park Operations & Guest Experience
* Overall management of daily park operations
* Providing a welcoming, safe and well-run environment for guests
* Handling guest enquiries, feedback and issue resolution
* After-hours on-call and night duty (on a rostered basis)
Office, Admin & Financial
* Reservations, check-ins/outs and reception duties
* Use of RMS booking system (experience preferred)
* Cash handling, banking and basic financial management
* Budget awareness and cost control
* Liaising with Head Office on reporting and compliance
Grounds, Maintenance & Assets (Including Auto Wash)
* Managing park grounds, gardens and overall presentation
* General maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance across the park
* Oversight of park assets, plant and equipment
* Coordinating contractors and ordering parts or consumables as required
* Monitoring and maintaining the on-site auto wash facility, including:
* Regular inspections and basic troubleshooting
* Weekly token resets and cash float checks
* Ensuring consumables are stocked and systems kept clean and operational
* Liaising with external technicians for servicing or repairs when required
* Ensuring safe operation, cleanliness and presentation of all shared facilities
People & Compliance
* Rostering, supervising and supporting park staff
* Recruitment and onboarding of seasonal or casual team members
* Ensuring WHS, environmental and security requirements are met
* Promoting a positive, respectful team culture

What We're Looking For
Essential
* Proven experience in caravan park, motel or hospitality management
* Strong customer service and people leadership skills
* Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving ability
* Confidence managing staff, guests and daily operations
* Competent computer skills (RMS experience highly regarded)
* Current Driver's Licence and right to work in Australia
Desirable
* Experience managing a Caravan Parks or similar
* Practical maintenance or mechanical aptitude
