The Opportunity You will step into a branch to have a long-standing presence in central Hamilton and is now ready for it's next stage, with a new structure, direction, and momentum. This role offers the chance to: Lead and develop an established team of commercial and domestic brokers Build culture, accountability, and performance standards Drive new business and retention outcomes Manage your own commercial client portfolio Work closely with senior leadership About You We are looking for a senior insurance broker ready to step into, or already operating in, a leadership role. You will bring: Strong technical insurance broking experience Proven experience leading or managing a team of brokers Confidence managing high-value clients A strong sales and commercial mindset The ability to coach, mentor, and lift performance A hands-on leadership style with presence in the office The ability to balance empathy with accountability This role would suit someone currently managing a small team and ready for broader ownership and impact.
