Your contributions will be instrumental in driving investment decisions and shaping strategic outcomes across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate new real estate opportunities by creating detailed financial models (Excel, ARGUS, Forbury) including sensitivity, tax, and leverage analysisSupport acquisition, disposition, and asset management strategies from initial screening through to financial closeContribute to Investment Committee materials for major decisions including acquisitions and salesLead quarterly/semi-annual valuation processes and support budget planning, performance tracking, and forecastingMaintain relationships with market participants, valuers, and research providers to stay ahead of trends and opportunitiesConduct and contribute to market research updates, investment strategy discussions, and portfolio insights across multiple sectorsParticipate in site inspections, due diligence, and contract negotiationsCollaborate across internal teams globally including research, risk, and compliance functionsAbout You5+ years' experience in real estate investment, funds management, or property across sectors such as living sectors, office, industrialTertiary qualifications in property, finance, accounting, business, or lawAdvanced financial modelling skills in Excel; proficiency in valuation tools (e.g.
