We have an exciting opportunity for Business Mentor to support existing small business owners and job seekers in navigating self-employment. Due to exceptional growth, we are recruiting across multiple locations for our Self-Employment Assistance Program.
About the Role
The Business Mentor will deliver programs under our Self-Employment Assistance Program. This role involves working with participants exploring self-employment, as well as existing small business owners seeking support to sustain their ventures. Owning a dedicated region, the role also contributes to enhancing the national program delivery. The position requires timely and professional completion of administrative tasks and ensuring program delivery complies with contractual and regulatory standards.
What You Need to Succeed
To be a successful Business Mentor at Asuria, you should balance empathy with a drive to achieve business outcomes. Strong customer service and administrative skills, along with the ability to build successful relationships, are essential. You should thrive in a collaborative, diverse team environment. Previous experience in customer service and administration, with sound computer literacy, would be advantageous.
