Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our store's evening and night operations. As a Night Trading Manager, you will be responsible for guiding team members, allocating tasks, and providing support and direction to deliver exceptional customer service.
About the Role
* You will report to the Store Manager and have full accountability of store operations during the specified shift times.
* Your main goal will be to maintain a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, team members, and the community.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and direct leadership experience. You should be able to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
In addition, you will need to ensure that Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met.
