Centre Leadership Opportunity
* Job Overview:
* Take on a pivotal role in managing daily centre operations, including staff supervision, resource management, and parent communication.
* Empower Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional development to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Design and deliver engaging activities that cater to the holistic needs of children.
* Prioritise children's safety and well-being by adhering to established policies and procedures.
* Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
* Foster a positive and inclusive culture that values teamwork, diversity, and continuous improvement.
* Lead a team of Educators and Teachers to provide high-quality care and education for children.
* Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
* Financial Management:
* Manage centre finances effectively to ensure financial sustainability.
* Communication:
* Establish effective communication channels with parents, carers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth Centre operations.
* Hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
* Experience:
* Possess at least 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership capacity.
* Skills:
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exhibit ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
