The Opportunity
We are actively recruiting for an Office Administration Assistant with qualifications and a professional history in Early Childhood Education to join our team of passionate educators.
This is a diverse role that requires a candidate with good administrative skills and the ability to communicate with clients, staff and management both written and verbal.
The position would require a person who has previous experience in both childcare and in an administration position. Candidates with prior experience using Kidsoft will be valued.
You will also be responsible for general administration in the centre and delivering exceptional customer service to our families.

We are currently taking expressions of interest for a position in Brisbane eastern suburbs.
Essential Requirements to be Successful
* The successful candidate must have full Australian working rights.
* Minimum qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
* Microsoft Office experience, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
* Friendly, professional manner with the ability to focus in a busy environment.
* 1 or more years of administrative experience highly regarded.
* High attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience using Kidsoft will be highly regarded.
* Strength to uphold and enforce policies and procedures.
* Current working with children blue card (or ability to obtain).
* Senior first-aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis management certifications (or willingness to obtain).
* Professional Uniforms Provided.
* Role is Monday to Friday – 4‐5 hours per day.
