* Manage approximately 50 tenants across multiple sites.
* Liaise with tenants, owners and third parties to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
* Collect rent and manage rental arrears efficiently.
* Develop maintenance schedules and oversee routine inspections and repairs to maintain high-performance assets.
