Pre-Pathways Traineeship Program
The Pre-Pathways Traineeship is an entry point and pathway program designed for Indigenous Australians who are interested in pursuing a career in the oil and gas industry.
This program provides participants with the opportunity to gain skills and experience in different career pathways within the industry, rotating through various workgroups at Woodside's Burrup facilities. Participants will have the chance to work alongside qualified professionals in the maintenance team and operations teams, gaining hands-on experience and developing their knowledge and understanding of the production processes.
The traineeship is 9 months long and includes on-the-job training, as well as support from experienced coaches and trainers. Upon completion of the program, participants can then apply for apprenticeships in the industry.
