Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team, located at our Eagle Farm head office.
You'll be responsible for processing invoices, preparing payment runs, reconciling accounts and assisting vendors with queries. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, smooth supplier payments and compliance across our business entities.

About the Role
As an integral part of our finance team, your key responsibilities will include:
* Receive, review and process vendor invoices
* Match invoices to goods/service receipts and resolve variances
* Prepare and process weekly payment runs (EFT, BPAY)
* Post transactions and journals, including intercompany transfers
* Reconcile vendor accounts and manage aged creditors
* Assist with month-end and year-end processes
* Maintain accurate supplier details and financial records
* Adhoc accounts receivable duties as required
About You
As our next valuable team member, our ideal candidate will have:
* 3-5 years' experience in Accounts Payable or a similar position
* ERP experience (D365 Microsoft Dynamics or AX Dynamics preferred)
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Excellent problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
