In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales manager in driving business growth and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Provide knowledgeable and personalized guidance to customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to finalizing the purchase
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range, features, and benefits to effectively match customers with the perfect caravan solution
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
Assist with inventory management, stock control, and coordinating delivery logistics
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the caravan or recreational vehicle industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with customers
Passionate about the caravanning lifestyle and committed to providing exceptional customer service
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
