About the Role
The SDA/NDIS Sales Agent will play a pivotal role in guiding investors, participants, families and SDA Providers through the specialist housing sales process. This position requires a deep understanding of the NDIS/SDA space combined with the ability to communicate complex information with clarity and warmth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for selling SDA properties (apartments and houses), and has a knack for building great relationships. We've got the stock; you've got the skills to close the deal
Key Responsibilities
• Responding to buyer inquiries — no prospecting required
• Meeting prospective buyers, qualifying them, and conducting inspections
• Guiding buyers through the full SDA sales process, from first consultation to settlement
• Providing accurate advice regarding all things SDA
• Collaborating closely with SDA providers, participants, families, support coordinators, and investors (as and when required)
• Delivering exceptional customer service with empathy, patience, and clarity

Key Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years experience selling SDA properties
• Background or strong understanding of the NDIS
• Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Full‑time role, 5 days per week — must be able to work Saturdays (Sunday & Monday off)
• Reliable car and valid driver's licence
