About the Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Southern Queensland. You will manage a portfolio of sophisticated relationships through regular contact, quality financial health checks, and strong market awareness.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Anchoring customer service excellence by demonstrating our high standards.
* Identifying and anticipating client needs through quality financial health checks.
* Developing innovative financial solutions to meet client needs, including lending and investment options.
* Driving client acquisition and referrals from existing portfolios, such as the Branch Network and other business partners.
* Maintaining effective relationships through regular communication and assessing portfolio growth opportunities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Prior experience in mortgage/lending products services or sales roles with diversified product offerings.
* The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Certificate IV accreditation in lending or similar.
* FSRA Tier 2 accreditation, including Deposit Products and General Insurance.
