Lead Service and Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
This is a leadership role that involves overseeing the front-of-house operations of our vibrant coastal brewery venue. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing restaurant and bar teams, leading by example, and staying calm under pressure.
We are looking for someone who is approachable, welcoming, and positive – someone guests and staff alike gravitate toward. A strong understanding of P&Ls, labor costs, and venue systems is essential. Additionally, knowledge of software such as Impos, SevenRooms, Deputy, and Me&U is beneficial.
About the Role
* Lead service across bar and floor to set the tone for your team and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Oversee key operational areas to drive performance, efficiency, and innovation across the venue
* Work closely with the leadership team to plan and deliver events and functions that bring memorable experiences to life for our guests and community
The Ideal Candidate
* Has experience leading restaurant and bar teams in a fast-paced environment
* Is skilled in managing labor costs, investigating stock variances, and rostering efficiently
* Can implement innovative revenue-driving ideas across food, beverage, and entertainment
* Has knowledge of venue systems and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
* Is hands-on and motivated, leading by example and staying calm in busy moments
* Is experienced in both elevated dining and fast-paced bar service, with beer, cocktail, and wine knowledge
* Ambitious and eager to learn, with strong written and verbal communication skills
