This is your opportunity to join a well-established property investment group with a large, mixed-use portfolio across retail, commercial, and office assets. With team growth and portfolio expansion, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accounts Administrator to support our property finance operations. If you’ve worked in commercial property or have exposure to systems like Cirrus 8, this role will give you room to grow and gain deeper experience in a fast-paced, supportive team. Your New Role You’ll work closely with our finance and asset management teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of accounts and property administration. This role covers a wide range of responsibilities across payables, receivables, reporting, and lease administration. Key Responsibilities Accounts & Financial Administration Record tenant receipts and process accounts receivable Assist with daily and monthly bank reconciliations Process supplier invoices and prepare weekly accounts payable runs Liaise with creditors on payment timelines and reconciliation queries Support final reconciliations for vacated tenants, including “make good” settlements Manage bond lodgements, refunds, and tracking Assist with monthly sales data collection and reporting for retail tenants Monitor shared accounts and property management inboxes Help prepare outgoing budgets and end-of-year financial reports Commercial Property & Lease Support Coordinate Casual Mall Leasing (CML) including agreements, invoicing, and Xero data entry Assist with lease renewals and document management (agreements, disclosure statements, REISA forms) Enter and maintain lease and tenant data in Cirrus 8 Support rent reviews, invoicing, and corresponding with tenants and landlords Help prepare legal instructions, proposals, and other lease-related correspondence Team & Admin Support Provide administrative support across the commercial management team Respond to internal and external queries via phone and email Confidently use Cirrus 8, Xero, Adobe Pro, Docusign, and the Microsoft Office Suite What We’re Looking For Experience : 1–3 years in an accounts admin or assistant accountant role, preferably in commercial property Technical Know-How : Working knowledge of Cirrus 8 and/or Xero highly regarded Industry Exposure : Background in property, retail, or facilities management is a strong advantage Communication : Strong written and verbal skills; able to engage with tenants, suppliers, and stakeholders Organised & Detail-Oriented : You’re methodical, thorough, and confident managing multiple priorities Proactive Attitude : Willing to learn, take ownership, and grow with the role Why Join Us?
