The Role: Human Resources Officer
Our Client is a leading privately owned multi-disciplined engineering and maintenance services company which focuses on delivering a full range of projects within the WA mining industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead HR policy development and enforce compliance with industry standards, focusing on organizational consistency and legal integrity.
* Manage employee lifecycle processes from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance.
* Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation packages, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational standards.
* Develop and maintain HR reporting, analysing trends to provide strategic insight into workforce performance.
Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
* Experience in HR operations, policy implementation, and employee management.
* Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
