Location: Sydney, NSW (3 days per week in office) Contract: 6-Month Contract Start Date: Immediate About the Role We are seeking a skilled Data Migration and Portfolio Lead for a 6-month contract in Sydney to drive SAP data migration within a major transformation program. You will develop and execute the SAP data migration strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with portfolio objectives. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee the Data Migration Lead and Architect, ensuring seamless data transitions and stakeholder confidence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute SAP data migration strategy, including ETL processes, cutover, and reconciliation. Lead and mentor the Data Migration Lead and Architect, ensuring high performance. Integrate migration activities with transformation portfolio, managing dependencies and risks. Engage stakeholders with clear updates, risk assessments, and workshop facilitation. Ensure data integrity and compliance through robust validation and risk mitigation. Must-Have Skills Proven experience leading SAP data migration programs in complex enterprises. Expertise in building and executing SAP data migration strategies (e.g., SAP Data Services, LTMC, LSMW). Strong knowledge of SAP data architecture, governance, and ETL frameworks. Experience managing cross-functional teams and reporting to executive leadership. Familiarity with tools like Snowflake or Azure Data Factory. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with SuccessFactors data migration. Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) system data migration. Background in portfolio management or SAP transformation coordination. Ability to navigate ambiguity and apply transformation frameworks.
