What you'll be doing
* Planning and adjusting daily service schedules
* Allocating jobs based on priority, location and skillset
* Monitoring workflow and responding to scheduling changes
* Communicating with customers and technicians regarding updates and timing
* Maintaining accurate job records, data, and compliance documentation
* Supporting reporting, service processes and operational improvements
What you'll bring
* Proven experience in scheduling, service planning or workforce coordination. Backgrounds that translate well include service‑based businesses, trades or building services coordination, manufacturing or supply chain planning, field services or construction support.
* Highly desirable systems experience: SAP, Salesforce and Excel.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Effective communication and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
* Availability to start Monday 15/12/2025.
