We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst to join the CCD team on a 12-month secondment. You will be leading a team of Analysts in all aspects of financial analysis and reporting for the CCD functions of a portfolio of assets. The Senior Finance Analyst plays a key role to partner with Regional Centre Manager and Asset teams in the financial management of results for external co-owners.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
* Support Regional Centre Managers and Asset Teams to deliver an accurate Month end, Forecast and Budget across CCD controlled income and expense items.
* Understand and support the strategic focus areas of the CCD and Operations finance team.
* Present NOI to Asset Teams and support team in understanding key deliverables.
* Challenge existing reporting, aiming to improve and drive efficiency for the CCD team.
* Manage team delivery and workflow to achieve team goals.
