We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Logistics Specialist. This position will play a key role in supporting complex defence projects and programs that safeguard Australia's future.
About the Role
* Conducting Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) to define maintenance and support requirements is a crucial aspect of this role.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for performing RAM Analysis to assess system reliability and support design decisions.
* This position also involves developing ILS Documentation, including support plans and FMECA reports.
* Managing ILS Schedules and Deliverables to meet project milestones is essential to the success of the team.
* The Logistics Specialist will collaborate with engineering and maintenance planning teams to support project objectives.
* Overseeing Risk and Cost Management to ensure efficient resource allocation is critical to the project's success.
* Effective stakeholder engagement and progress reporting to project leadership and customers is necessary.
Requirements:
* A minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) Security clearance is required by the Commonwealth.
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the Defence or professional services industries, is highly desirable.
* A Bachelor of Engineering (recognised under the Washington Accord) is the minimum educational requirement.
* Familiarity with naval or maritime combat and support systems would be beneficial.
