Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
* 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and financial reporting.
* Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
