As a key member of our oncology team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting Radiation Oncologists with all administrative tasks, including managing their daily clinic schedule, booking patient appointments and gathering required results. You will also be responsible for general reception duties, interacting with patients and staff on a daily basis.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
* Working in a fast-paced administrative environment, where patient care remains the top priority.
* Acting as the first point of contact to patients and referring doctors – both face-to-face and over the phone.
* Managing the daily clinic schedules of two Radiation Oncologists, including booking and billing consultations.
* Collating and managing patient records, including accurate data entry and filing.
* Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth clinic operations.
