Axial Training is growing and we're seeking passionate Electrotechnology Trainer/Assessor for an immediate start to deliver training to senior secondary students in Mackay and Proserpine.

About the Role
You'll deliver engaging, practical, and student-focused training to high school students undertaking Certificate II in Electrotechnology (Career Start (VETiS Program)
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver hands-on training and assessment at partner schools
* Work from your home office for lesson prep, admin and marking
* Mentor and motivate students to succeed
What You'll Bring
* Trade qualification in Electrotechnology and/or Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration
* TAE40122 or TAE40116 (or willingness to obtain — we'll support you)
* Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
* Strong communication and mentoring skills
* Passion for developing future tradespeople
