**About your new role**:
Due to sustained growth, an opening for an IT Operations Manager has been created. This role positioned as the 2IC to the National IT Manager and will oversee the daily operation of the IT function whilst providing leadership and direction to the IT team.
Some of the key tasks will include:
- Develop and implement IT processes with the aim of building structure and best practice into the IT department.
- Allocate IT resources and plan workloads to ensure that service levels are maintained.
- Provide technical expertise and operational guidance for complex issues and escalations with networks & infrastructure.
- Participate in the delivery of new projects such as ERP upgrades and new system roll outs.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors
**About You**

This is an exciting opportunity for a 'hands on' IT professional with proven leadership capabilities. The successful applicant has sound technical skills that may have been developed in an MSP environment or by working your way up through the corporate sector.
Other key attributes to your profile:
- Hold a computing Degree or comparable IT qualification.
- Will hold an ITIL certification or can demonstrate your understanding of how to operate within an ITIL environment.
- Can demonstrate experience implementing operating framework, process and controls that enable consistent service levels and transparency.
- Is proven at meeting / maintaining high SLA scores, ideally within a ServiceNow environment.
- You are a good communicator both written and verbally and build strong working relationships with your peers.
- Is a 'hands on' leader with experience supporting a business with 400 users across multiple sites.
