About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Business Development Manager to join our growing B2B Telecommunications and ICT sales team in North Sydney.
This role focuses on new business development, lead generation, solution selling, and account management across mobile, 5G, business nbn, cloud telephony (VoIP/UCaaS), and managed ICT services.
You will work closely with senior sales professionals while building your own sales pipeline and developing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* New business acquisition across the Greater Sydney market
* Prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation
* Building relationships with business owners and decision-makers
* Selling telecommunications and ICT solutions (mobile, data, 5G, nbn, cloud phone systems)
* Preparing proposals, quotes, and sales presentations
* Managing CRM pipeline and reporting
* Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Supporting account management and client retention
Skills & Experience
* 1–3 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
* Experience in telecommunications, ICT, technology, SaaS, or managed services (highly regarded)
* Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills
* Confident communication and negotiation ability
* Target-driven and commercially minded
* CRM experience preferred
