Key Responsibilities
1. Build meaningful connections with youth through mentorship and guidance.
2. Develop and implement engaging programs that foster personal growth.
3. Provide emotional support and a listening ear to help young people navigate challenges.
4. Collaborate with the team to create an inclusive environment.
5. Utilize your personal experience to inspire and connect with young individuals.
6. Support children and young people with Dual Diagnosis, including trauma-based behavior, to feel safe and build trusting relationships.

About You
* Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent, or working towards it.
* Current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements.
* Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
* Empathetic and compassionate with an understanding of diverse experiences.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Enthusiastic team player eager to collaborate.
* Availability for 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and sleepovers.
