What you will do
* Provide personalised support to clients in accordance with their individual support plans
* Work a variety of shifts including active nights, sleepovers, weekdays, and weekends
* Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
* Support the team in facilitating community participation and social activities
* Support clients in developing life skills and promoting independence
* Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date documentation
What you will bring
* Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or above
* A passion for safeguarding human rights and a deep personal connection to working in a purpose‐driven organisation
* Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a current Class C Driver Licence
* A current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Passport, Birth Certificate, or Citizenship Certificate to validate Australian work rights
* Willingness to complete a National and International Police Check (paid for by Afford)
* Ability to complete a pre‐employment medical and functional assessment (paid for by Afford)
