Job Description
Our organization seeks a seasoned construction professional to oversee piling and civil construction activities on-site.
This role will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of piling and civil construction, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and safety standards.
* Lead project delivery and coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors.
* Monitor resources, equipment, and materials to optimize site productivity.
* Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the project team.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years' experience running large piling projects with more than 6 rigs.
A strong knowledge of piling methodologies and ground improvement works is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates will have the opportunity to work on high-profile, multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects with leading contractors.
