The RoleAs the Office Administrator, you'll play a central role in keeping the business running smoothly day-to-day — from managing admin processes and supplier coordination, to supporting the team and creating an environment people enjoy being in.

* Overseeing day-to-day office operations (supplies, maintenance, supplier coordination)
* Greeting clients, guests, and creating a welcoming first impression
* Supporting the wider team with admin tasks
* Assisting with event planning and team initiatives
* Helping maintain a positive and productive office culture

The Criteria

You're someone who's organised, proactive, and genuinely enjoys supporting others and creating a great place to work. You'll ideally bring:

* Previous experience in office administration or team coordination
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A professional, approachable, and solutions-focused attitude
* Great attention to detail and organisational ability
* Confidence juggling tasks and keeping the office running smoothly
* Experience in property, real estate or professional services (a bonus)
