Our Client, a commercial organisation in the insurance industry is expanding their Change Management team with an additional
3 Change Managers
to accommodate for significant organisational and operating model changes.
These 3 roles will focus on
new ways of working
and org change relating to
operating model changes
. Experience on the OD side of change management is critical as you will be working with projects to help embed cultural and behavioural change.
* Must have Operating Model change experience
* Initial contract until 30 June 2026 plus potential extensions
* Experience leading projects relating to service improvement would be highly regarded
* Based in the city with 50% WFH
As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Lead change management activities across multiple, concurrent projects and/or programs within a delivery workstream, ensuring a cohesive change management approach is taken that considers cumulative change impacts
* Work with the project team, business leaders and employees to understand and map change impacts and stakeholder change readiness
* Develop practical, bespoke change management strategies and plans that help the project and business mitigate change impacts
* Lead the implementation of said change management strategies and plans including stakeholder engagement, communication and learning and development activities, by collaborating with internal centers of excellence
* Engage with and provide guidance to stakeholders including sponsors, project owners, project delivery teams and business leaders on the integration of change management activities into project delivery
* Identify change risks and resistance to change, and develop mitigating strategies and tactics
* Provide coaching to project management resources regarding contemporary change management activities, in order to enhance change management capability within the team
* Support the Culture & Change team to enhance organizational change maturity by participating in change communities of practice, providing mentoring to junior change management resources, and participating in other team-based and organizational activities as required.
Ideally but not mandatory:
* Understanding and application of behavioural science concepts to help drive behaviour change, and ability to draw on this knowledge to develop practical strategies to influence how people adopt change
* High level conceptual and analytical skills with he capacity to develop solutions for a range of complex issues
* Superior stakeholder management skills including the ability to influence leaders and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing addressing senior audiences
