The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors with an S26 qualification to join our construction teams delivering major energy transition projects. This is a leadership position where you will oversee electrical works on large-scale infrastructure including substations, distribution networks, transmission lines, EPS upgrades, solar farms, and decarbonisation programs. These are full-time FIFO positions offering long-term opportunities, with successful candidates securing 18 to 24 months of ongoing project work.
Roster & Location
- FIFO from major airports
- 2:1 roster
- 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical works across major construction projects
- Lead and mentor teams to ensure protected, efficient, and high-quality delivery
- Monitor compliance with site safety standards, electrical codes, and project specifications
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and daily reporting
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives
- Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure adherence to fatigue management procedures
Qualifications & Experience
- WA Electrical Licence (essential)
- S26 Electrical Supervisors Ticket (essential)
- OHS Construction Card (White Card)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Working at Heights, LVR/CPR & First Aid certificates
- High Risk Work Licence (EWP)
- Previous supervisory experience on major construction or resources projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Two contactable work-related references
