Responsibilities
Provide care in accordance with each resident's individualised assessed care needs.
Ensure care aligns with the resident's individualised care plan and any guidance from the Registered Nurse or Care Manager.
Report all incidents promptly to the Registered Nurse or Care Manager.
Complete all resident care documentation and plans.
Notify the RN in charge and/or Care Manager of any changes in resident care in a timely manner.
Operate within the AIN scope of practice and Bolton Clarke's Quality Management Committee standards.
Qualifications
Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care.
Minimum 12 months experience as an AIN in residential aged care (desirable).
Flexibility, reliability and a strong commitment to work.
Effective communication skills with residents, families and all levels of staff.
Passion for working with the elderly.
Current COVID-19 and annual flu vaccination (mandatory).
Completed National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check.
