Main Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance to clients in public schools, ensuring that their technology needs are met efficiently and effectively.
* Assist in the management and support of ICT systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and securely.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identifying and resolving problems quickly and professionally.
* Collaborate with school staff to enhance their technology proficiency, providing training and support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A positive and customer-focused attitude, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Valid work permit and eligibility to work in Australia.
* A Working With Children Permit, or willingness to obtain one.
* Prior experience in the IT industry, preferably in a technical support role.
