Are you the one?
You'll excel here if you:
* Hold a CA or are actively completing it
* Have 3+ years' experience in any accounting firm
* Take ownership of complex problems and see them through
* Enjoy guiding and developing others while raising the standard
* Are an Australian citizen or based in Australia with the right to work permanently
What getting stuck in looks like
* Preparing financial statements and income tax returns that actually matter
* Drafting letters of advice and technical correspondence
* Liaising with relevant authorities, creditors, and debtors
* Answering queries and providing solutions confidently
* Reviewing work and supporting junior team members to develop
* Identifying efficiencies and problem-solving for tricky scenarios
* Managing deadlines, multiple priorities, and complex workflows
* Contributing to wider team initiatives and business development
