Job Description:
We are currently inviting TJX Australia Associates & External Candidates to express their interest in Loss Prevention Associate opportunities across our ACT stores for 2026, including - Belconnen, Fyshwick & Tuggeranong.
What You'll Do:
* Be a visible presence in‐store to help prevent theft and reduce stock loss.
* Monitor activity, report incidents, and support store safety and compliance procedures.
* Build relationships with stakeholders that include our store team, local law enforcement, shopping centre security, and other third‐party providers when required.
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in security, loss prevention and customer service.
* A valid state security license (or willingness to obtain one – we'll support you).
* Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently.
* Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
