E-Boutique Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled E-Boutique Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The role involves fulfilling online orders, processing returns, and maintaining internal systems. You will be responsible for attending to enquiries via various channels, entering data into our systems, and assisting with stocktaking and organisation of the stockroom.
Key responsibilities include:
* Fulfilling online orders/processing returns
* Attending to customer enquiries via phone, email, social media, and online chat
* Entering data into internal systems and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with stocktaking and organising the stockroom
* Uploading new arrivals and managing e-boutique maintenance tasks
* Supporting the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks
* Re-stocking our boutique and concession locations
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent written, administrative, communication, and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
