We provide exceptional private touring experiences for VIP and leisure clients, delivering personalised journeys that showcase the very best of Cairns and Port Douglas. Our tours are designed with comfort, style, and attention to detail at the highest standard. We are currently looking for additional tour guides to join our growing team and support the delivery of outstanding guest experiences across our luxury tours.
Position Available: We are hiring FULL-TIME Account Clerks to join our team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist in maintaining accurate financial records, and ensure smooth processing of financial transactions.
Ideal candidates will have experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related administrative roles in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, good numerical skills, and a professional attitude are highly valued. Responsibilities: 1. Preparing, organising, and maintaining accurate accounting documents and financial records related to luxury tour operations, VIP transfers, and corporate transport services, ensuring compliance with company procedures. 2. Processing daily bank deposits and statements, including reconciliation of payments received from tour bookings, private charters, and partner hotel arrangements, and posting transactions into the general ledger.
3. Conducting regular reconciliations of supplier accounts, customer accounts, and bank statements, ensuring accuracy across bookings, transport services, and third-party tourism partners. 4. Summarising and analysing financial transactions, including revenue from private tours, chauffeur services, corporate transfers, and seasonal tourism activity, and preparing internal financial reports for management. 5. Investigating, tracking, and resolving invoice discrepancies related to transport bookings, vehicle operations, accommodation partnerships, and supplier services by liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
6. Responding to internal and external enquiries regarding billing, invoicing, payments, and account status, ensuring professional communication with clients, hotels, and tourism partners such as the Crystalbrook Collection. Requirements: 1. Relevant Certificate II qualification or higher in a related field,
2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 4. Good understanding of basic accounting principles
