Job Description
We are seeking experienced professionals to deliver training and assessment in our Event Health Services community.
The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting accredited and non-accredited training courses in accordance with national frameworks, training quality standards, as well as organisational policies, procedures and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging training and assessment in first aid
* Conduct travel to Melbourne metro and regional areas
Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Positive & engaging communication style
* Ability to engage with participants in adult education settings and the broad community at public events
* Relevant qualification for the delivery of Vocational Education & Training to meet RTO standards
* Experience as a first aid responder, healthcare professional or in emergency management or a related field
* Industry experience or qualification in first aid or other relevant fields
* Strong skills in effective teamwork
* Demonstrated passion for training & education in the field of health, safety, first aid or other related field
* Ability to administer first aid to own level of training
* Basic IT skills and ability to learn new technology
* Current driver's license, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
