**Function Coordinator - Full Time**

**The Position**
- Plan, coordinate and monitor functions and events across the campus ensuring seamless function delivery
- Maintain effective customer and client relationships
- Preparing function sheets for the kitchen and assist with quoting for the clients.
- Support and lead the Front of House team with day to day operations
- Maintain focus on Food and People safety
- You will be planning, facilitating and overseeing the logistics
- from first contact and setup to function execution and breakdown
**The Person**
- Current or previous experience in function coordination / F&B supervisory or similar
- You are passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service
- Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required by event schedules
**A current Working With Children Check and RSA or ability to obtain is a requirement of this role
