Administrative Support Role

The ideal candidate for this position will be highly organized and able to multitask with ease.

* Previous experience in an office environment is a must, as well as strong customer service skills.

This role involves various administrative tasks including greeting clients, managing incoming calls and queries, and maintaining the front office.

You will also be responsible for assisting with accounts receivable and payable, general office duties such as filing, preparing reports, data entry, register management, and other administrative tasks as per business needs.

We are looking for someone who can work in a dynamic team environment with changing priorities, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

About You:

1. You must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office.
2. A great sense of humour is necessary to enjoy working with us.
3. Reliable attendance and punctuality are expected.
4. You must be willing to adhere to safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
