About the Role
You will provide product, engineering, and application support to service existing clients.
This includes periodic system and application health checks, performance analyses, and developing reports to document findings and follow-up on recommendations to sustain and maximize the value of our applications.
Support market development activities and participate in sales closure activities as requested by the team.
Support the project staffing process to maximize overall support department margin.
Cultivate customer relationships to understand and respond to their needs.
Collaborate with clients, peers, and management to develop solutions and ensure partner agreements.
Work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with a deep commitment to client service.
Demonstrate experience delivering environmental predictive emission monitoring systems.
Perform technical project activities (design, system integration, installation, data analysis, and modeling) as assigned.
Identify technical issues that impact project performance (scope creep, delays, requested change orders).
Document best practices for use in the development applications.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in chemical engineering or other engineering with a heavy modeling, statistics, or process control focus.
* Experience in the process industries (chemical, refining).
* Exposure to instrumentation, industrial control systems, and supervisory control applications.
* Exposure to advanced process control implementation or business case development.
* Familiarity with DCS (SCADA, HMI) or PLC configuration.
* Experience with model predictive control products.
* Experience with emissions monitoring systems.
* Experience in Environmental Monitoring Regulations (PS-16, Part75).
Preferred Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience as a process or control engineer in a manufacturing environment.
* Interest in automation, process control, and advanced model-predictive applications.
