Membership Consultant – World Gym Bunbury
World Gym Bunbury are currently seeking a highly motivated, ambitious and passionate Membership Consultant who loves sales to join our team.
Overview
World Gym is one of the most exciting and fast-growing fitness brands in the country. With 50+ clubs nationally and 5-8 new locations opening each year, there are numerous opportunities within the brand and it is one of the most recognised brands in Australia.
The role involves identifying prospective members' health and fitness needs and tailoring the best possible membership solution for them. You will actively seek new business for the club, representing the facility in a positive and professional manner whilst achieving both individual and team goals/targets as set out by management.
What you'll be doing in this role
* Work as part of a team, responsible for the growth of the club
* Generating leads & sales through sales processes
* Providing outstanding customer service to our members
* Dealing with membership & account enquiries via phone, email & social media
* Creating brand awareness within the community
* Greeting and interacting with members & prospective members, building rapport and finding out their needs and wants
What you need to be successful
* Excellent interpersonal skills and phone manner
* A friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic disposition
* Proven track record with exceeding sales targets
* A passion for health and fitness
* An ability to work and collaborate successfully with a team to achieve team/individual KPI's and goals
* Industry knowledge (preferable)
* Be reliable, flexible and have fantastic work ethic
* Enjoy helping people to achieve their goals
* Experience in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
