About the Company & Role:My client is a global leader within the FMCG space with a strong regional presence, billions in revenue, and a portfolio of well-known brands.
This is not your typical FP&A role.
You will play a pivotal part in establishing and leading the FP&A function across the region, taking ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, while partnering closely with corporate functions to drive informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Build and enhance the FP&A framework for the region.
Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis.
Develop financial models to support strategic decisions.
Create impactful reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
Partner with finance teams across multiple markets to ensure alignment and consistency.
Provide commercial insights and recommendations that go beyond the numbers.
Skills and Experience: CPA/CA qualified (or close to completion) preferred.
Background in FMCG or Manufacturing is advantageous.
3-4 years of experience in a previous FP&A role.
Advanced Excel modelling skills with exposure to TM1 or Power BI.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
