Who Are we?

Smart Power Tech (SPT) is where advanced technology and energy efficiency meet execution.

We design, manufacture and deliver smart home appliances and solutions, such as heat pumps, air conditioning, water filtration, and induction cooking.

We're scaling fast, expanding our product range, and building a brand that's meant to be seen, stocked, installed, and trusted.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Growth & Go-To-Market

2. Build and execute GTM plans across all product lines

3. Shape and maintain brand identity, assets, and positioning
4. Define audiences and personas across B2C, B2B and B2BC
5. Create segment-specific plays for homeowners and various different commercial bodies.

6. Performance Marketing

7. Own full-funnel metrics: leads, CAC, ROAS, conversions, attribution

8. Run and scale channels across Google, Meta, YouTube, email/SMS, and retargeting
9. Drive the brand towards becoming a true pull brand

10. SEO, GEO & Content Authority

11. Build organic dominance through technical SEO, GEO, and content clusters

12. Create structured content that performs in AI-driven and search-based discovery

1. Brand & Creative Direction

2. Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, print, and on-ground

3. Maintain high visual and messaging standards across all TTL assets
4. Build credibility through case studies, stories, PR hooks, and proof

5. Commercial Alignment

6. Work closely with real Business Development (not sales in disguise), Sales, Post-Sales, Product, Production, and Ops

7. Improve lead quality, conversions, and forecasting through tight collaboration
8. Work closely with our local and overseas marketing department employees, consultants and/or agencies.

9. On-Ground & Field Marketing

10. Plan and execute exhibitions, seminars, and events — including budgeting and costing

11. Manage suppliers, production houses, and service providers
12. Own event execution end-to-end: crowd attraction, staffing, coverage, follow-up
13. Be ready to travel, execute overseas activations, and see initiatives through
14. Step out of the office to capture real on-site video content, testimonials, and brand stories
15. Enable installers and partners with training, assets, and lead frameworks

You're the on-ground hero, resourceful, hands-on, and willing to learn on the go.

1. Team Building & Art Direction

2. Identify, interview, and hire designers and marketing talent as needed

3. Manage creatives, freelancers, and agencies
4. Apply a sharp eye for detail to keep the brand flying high
5. Grow into leading a marketing department that's heading global

Reporting Line

Reports to: Global General Manager

Career Path: Marketing Manager → Sr. Marketing Manager → Marketing Director → CMO

What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

* B2C: CPL, quote-to-sale conversion, ROAS, LTV uplift
* B2B: Active partners, partner-sourced revenue, co-marketing impact
* Brand: Share of search, organic growth, social engagement
* Retention programs and impact
* Bold, non-conventional ideas that break slow, boring growth patterns
* Ultimately: turning SPT into a pull brand — and becoming our Marketing Super Hero

Tools You'll Use

GA4, GTM, ERP/CRM tools (Odoo, Salesforce, etc.), Google & Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) + any other tool you wish or believe would come in useful and handy.
