Casual Educator Opportunity
This role is perfect for enthusiastic and positive child care educators who are passionate about delivering quality education and care. As a casual educator, you will have the opportunity to work in various Child Centres across the Coast, interacting with children and staff from diverse backgrounds.
Key responsibilities include:
* Contributing to the delivery of quality education and care programs that meet the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) learning outcomes.
* Interacting positively with children to facilitate their learning experiences and promote social and emotional development.
* Supervising children to ensure their health, safety, and well-being is maintained.
* Developing customized educational programs that cater to individual needs and interests of children.
* Completing relevant documentation and administration associated with the position.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Current Working with Children Check.
* Previous experience working in a long day care centre with children between six weeks and five years old.
* Demonstrated understanding of the National Quality Framework and knowledge of early childhood practices.
* Ability to build effective relationships with staff, children, parents, and other stakeholders.
* Flexibility with working hours within core Centre operating times due to legislative staffing ratios.

Other Information:
* You will be required to undertake a course of vaccinations against Hepatitis A and B, Tetanus, MMR, and Varicella or demonstrate immunity.
* CMV screening will also be required.
