About the Role:
* Resolve customer complaints by investigating and remediating compliance breaches while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
* Prepare notices for AFCA to ensure adherence to regulatory expectations.
* Maintain and monitor our Complaint Management System.
* Support customers who experience vulnerabilities through our High Care process.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes and services.

* Extensive experience in customer complaint resolution.
