Based at our Coffs Harbour Branch, as a Mobile Home Lender you'll service the region, promoting Newcastle Permanent's award-winning lending products to new and potential customers. By building strong, trusted relationships and applying your lending expertise, you'll tailor product offerings to suit individual customer needs. You'll respond promptly to business-generated leads and take a proactive approach to business development, proudly representing Newcastle Permanent as a trusted ambassador within the local community.
What will your key responsibilities include?
* Conduct loan interviews and assess serviceability, managing the end-to-end process, including document collection, system entry, and submission in line with standards and policies.
* Proactively follow up and convert leads from multiple channels while identifying new business opportunities through outreach and referral networks.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by meeting customers in-branch, offsite, or virtually—including outside standard hours.
* Represent and promote Newcastle Permanent through events, workshops, and community engagement activities.
* Maintain strong knowledge of lending products, procedures, and market competitors.
