Role Overview
The role of Graduate Landscape Architect entails supporting the design and development of public spaces in a diverse community.
* Contribute to landscape design and drafting for various projects, encompassing capital works initiatives.
* Assist with site investigations and preparation of detailed design reports.
* Prepare accurate cost estimates for landscape elements and provide support in construction planning processes.
* Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, residents, utilities, and government agencies.
* Ensure accurate job costing records are maintained and quality standards are adhered to.
* Support the team's use of design software and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
About You
We seek an individual with:
* A recently completed tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
* Experience in landscape design and knowledge of relevant Australian Standards.
* Strong drafting skills and proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD and Adobe packages; experience with Rhino and Lumion is highly valued.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A C Class NSW Driver's Licence (Provisional P2 minimum).
* Previous work experience in the field is advantageous.
