The Opportunity
We're working with a fast-growing, data-driven tech company that delivers high-value insights across the entire construction lifecycle—from initial planning through to project completion.
Their platform is relied on by leading manufacturers and suppliers to understand exactly who's doing what, when, and where across the building industry.
You'll be selling annual contracts (valued up to $100k) that give manufacturers visibility into the market: which architect has the plans, which builder is being used, and who the key subcontractors are.
It's a must-have tool for proactive sales teams in the construction supply chain.
The Role
You'll be responsible for building and growing a strong pipeline across Melbourne and the eastern states.
Your targets will include National Sales Managers, General Managers, COOs, MDs, and business owners.
If you know how to talk the talk with senior decision-makers and you're confident picking up the phone, you'll thrive here.
Drive new business across the eastern region (everything outside WA & NT).
Manage a ***** office/onsite hybrid schedule - 3 days in, 2 from home.
Build a pipeline of 12-month contracts.
Leverage warm leads and cold outreach to hit monthly targets of $25k+.
Collaborate with a high-performing sales executive team - one of whom is the top performer in ANZ.
About You
You've sold into the construction or manufacturing industries, or you've had success in blue-collar B2B sales.
You're not afraid of cold calling - in fact, you see it as a fast track to results.
You're a confident communicator who knows how to engage with C-suite and business owners.
You've got the hunger and resilience to drive deals over the line and hit meaningful commission targets.
