Enhance your leadership skills and take on a challenging role as a Delicatessen Manager.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the deli department, ensuring exceptional presentation, customer satisfaction, and team member engagement. Your task is to maintain high standards in stock management, rotation routines, waste control, and quality assurance while driving a culture of collaboration and success within the team.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in fast-paced environments with direct or indirect leadership experience. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead, coach, and develop your team effectively.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain Department Standards: Ensure the deli department is consistently presented to a high standard, meeting company expectations.
* Lead and Coach Team Members: Develop and implement training programs to improve sales, cost control, and rostering performance.
* Simplify Processes and Maintain Compliance: Simplify procedures and ensure adherence to strict audit, food safety, and compliance standards.
* Drive One Team Culture: Foster an environment that celebrates individual contributions and promotes team members' health, safety, and well-being.
